Cuvée – wino powstałe z mieszanki, z różnych winnic lub szczepów. Zazwyczaj dokładny skład mieszanki jest tajemnicą producenta. Przykładem cuvée jest znane węgierskie wino egri bikavér, w którego skład wchodzą wina kilku szczepów. Cuvée stosuje się też przy produkcji szampana.
