==Geography== Duvenstedt borders the quarters of Lemsahl-Mellingstedt and Wohldorf-Ohlstedt. The Alster river and the Diekbek stream flow through Duvenstedt. The nature reserve of Duvenstedter Brook is named after the former village, but is located in neighbouring Wohldorf-Ohlstedt.
