The State Planning Committee, commonly known as Gosplan ( ), was the agency responsible for central economic planning in the Soviet Union. Established in 1921 and remaining in existence until the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, Gosplan had as its main task the creation and administration of a series of five-year plans governing the economy of the USSR.

Il Comitato statale per la pianificazione (in russo: Государственный комитет по планированию?, traslitterato: Gosudarstvennyj komitet po planirovaniju), meglio nota con l'abbreviazione Gosplan, era l'agenzia responsabile della pianificazione economica nell'Unione Sovietica. Fondato nel 1921 e attivo fino alla dissoluzione dell'URSS nel 1991, il Gosplan ha mantenuto il suo ruolo principale di creazione e amministrazione di una serie di piani quinquennali che hanno diretto l'economia sovietica. Era affiancato dal Gossnab e dalla Gosbank.
