Guyra ist eine Stadt im Nordosten des australischen Bundesstaates New South Wales. Sie liegt im nördlichen Tafelland von New England auf einer vulkanischen Hebungszone, ca. 45 km nördlich von Armidale und ca. 75 km südlich von Glen Innes. Mit 1.330 m Seehöhe ist sie eine der höchstgelegenen Städte Australiens. Guyra war das Verwaltungszentrum des Guyra Shire, das 2016 in der Armidale Region aufging. Die Stadt hatte bei der Volkszählung 2017 eine Einwohnerzahl von 2.077.
