He Shen (chin. 和珅; * 1750; † 22. Februar 1799) war ein mandschurischer Beamter der Qing-Dynastie. Seine Familie gehörte dem Roten Banner an. Der Offizierssohn besuchte zunächst eine Qing-Schule, trat dann 1772 als Gardeoffizier in die Dienste des Kaiserpalastes.
