AI overview

Honorius was a Roman emperor who ruled the western half of the empire from 395 to 423, following the death of his father Theodosius I. His reign was marked by instability and military crisis, most notably the sacking of Rome itself in 410—an event that had not occurred for nearly 800 years and symbolized the declining power of the Western Roman Empire.
