John Peters Ringo (Greens Fork, 3 maggio 1850 – Monti Chiricahua, 13 luglio 1882) è stato un pistolero e criminale statunitense, protagonista del selvaggio West americano, membro della banda di criminali nota come Cowboys operante nei dintorni di Tombstone (Arizona) negli anni ’80 del XIX secolo.È stato coinvolto nella faida tra i Cowboys e il celebre sceriffo Wyatt Earp.
