Das Gebäudemanagement der Stadt Kleve ist eine eigenbetriebsähnliche Einrichtung der Stadt Kleve und wurde im Jahr 2007 gegründet. Seit 2008 übernimmt das GSK die Betreuung des städtischen Gebäudebestandes. Organisatorisch ist das GSK dem Dezernat III des technischen Beigeordneten Christian Bomblat angegliedert. Die Leitung des GSK obliegt, gemäß der vom Rat der Stadt Kleve erlassenen Betriebssatzung, der Betriebsleitung. Beim Gebäudemanagement der Stadt Kleve sind aktuell 50 Mitarbeiter(innen) in den verschiedensten Bereichen tätig. Die Betriebsleitung des Gebäudemanagements der Stadt Kleve besteht aus dem ersten Beigeordneten und Stadtkämmerer Klaus Keysers, dem technischen Beigeordneten Christian Bomblat und dem operativen Leiter des Gebäudemanagements Georg Hoymann.
