Laren ( Dutch pronunciation: [ˈlaːrə(n)] ) is a town and municipality in the province of North Holland, Netherlands. Located in the Gooi region, it is the oldest town in the area. Together with its neighbor Blaricum, Laren is among the most affluent towns in the Netherlands.
