Laura Omloop es una joven cantante belga nacida el 18 de mayo de 1999 en Bélgica. Participó en el Festival de Eurovisión Infantil en el 2009 representando a Bélgica para la edición del Festival de Eurovisión Junior en 2009, en Kiev, donde cantó su canción Zo verliefd (que significa Tan enamorada en neerlandés) y terminó en cuarto lugar con 113 puntos (ocho puntos menos que el ganador, Ralf Mackenbach, de Países Bajos). En el video Stapelgek Op Jou se muestra que es zurda Después del Festival de Eurovisión Junior Laura empezó a tener gran popularidad en su país, generalmente entre los niños y jóvenes.
