Luiz Ejlli (born July 12, 1985 in Shkodra, Albania) is a singer best known for representing Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with the song Zjarr e Ftohtë. He failed to qualify for the finals after finishing in 14th place in the Semi Final. Between 1991 and 2002 he attended the "Prenk Jakova" secondary school in Shkodra. In 1995, he won the Best Voice Prize in "Child National Fesitival" in Shkodra. In 1998, he participated as a soloist in the "Gold Repertoire Chorus" in Shkodra. <a
