Merel Bechtold (born on 27 February 1992, in Blaricum, the Netherlands) is a dutch guitarist. She is the founder and main music writer of Purest of Pain (2008-). She also permanent member of Delain since 2015. Also she plays guitar in MaYaN since 2014.
