Michael Cullen is an Australian guitar player, singer and songwriter. His music has variously been described as alternative, indie pop, goth and punk. He has been compared most often to Nick Cave, Joy Division and Leonard Cohen probably due to his deep resonant voice and the emotional intensity of his performance.
