Outeiro é uma aldeia e freguesia portuguesa do município de Bragança, com 40,93 km² de área e 301 habitantes (2011). A sua densidade populacional é de 7,4 hab/km². Foi vila e sede de concelho entre 1514 e 1853. Designou-se em tempos Outeiro de Miranda. Era constituído pelas freguesias de Milhão, Outeiro, Quintanilha, Rio Frio, Argozelo, Carção, Pinelo, Santulhão, , e . Tinha, em 1801, 4 302 habitantes. Após as reformas administrativas do início do liberalismo foram-lhe anexadas as freguesias de Angueiras e Avelanoso. Tinha, em 1849, 4 801 habitantes.
