Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA, Nederlands: "Aardolie van Venezuela" is de staatsoliemaatschappij van Venezuela. Het bedrijf heeft activiteiten in exploratie, productie, raffinage en de export van aardolie, alsmede de exploratie en productie van aardgas. Het is opgericht op 1 januari 1976 na de nationalisatie van de olie-industrie in het land. Alle aandelen zijn nog in handen van de overheid en het bedrijf is niet beursgenoteerd.
