Peristernia is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Peristerniinae of the family Fasciolariidae, the spindle snails, the tulip snails and their allies.

==Description== The shell is subturreted, not umbilicated. The whorls are longitudinally ribbed. The aperture is oval. The siphonal canal is moderate and recurved. The outer lip is thin and crenulated. The columella shows one or two slight plaits anteriorly.
