Perm (en russe : Пермь) est une ville de Russie située dans l'Oural et la capitale administrative du kraï de Perm. Sa population s'élevait à 1 041 876 habitants en 2016. Perm s'est appelée Molotov (en russe : Молотов) de 1940 à 1957, en l’honneur de Viatcheslav Molotov. Son emblème est l’ours. Elle s'affiche aujourd'hui comme un important centre culturel et industriel.
