Pontiothauma is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Raphitomidae.
==Description== The fusiform shell is not umbilicate, anteriorly rostrate and obliquely folded, It is spirally furrowed by lirae. The aperture ends in a short siphonal canal. The simple columella is not folded. The outer lip is thin, posteriorly wide but not deeply sinuate. The shell lacks an operculum.
