Heidenheim ( German pronunciation: [ˈhaɪdn̩ˌhaɪm] ) is a market town in central-western Bavaria, in southern Germany. It is sometimes known as Heidenheim am Hahnenkamm to avoid confusion with nearby Heidenheim an der Brenz in Baden-Württemberg.
