Ruth Gemmell

Ruth Katrin Gemmell is an English actress. She starred in the film Fever Pitch (1997), played Carly Beaker, the mother of the title character in the Tracy Beaker franchise since 2004. Other credits include Silent Witness (1996), The Bill (2009), EastEnders (2009), Waking the Dead (2002-2008), Moving On (2010), The Pillow Book (2011), Utopia (2013), and Penny Dreadful (2015).
