"Rwanda Nziza" ( Kinyarwanda: [ɾɡwɑː.ndɑ nzǐː.zɑ], "Beautiful Rwanda") has been the national anthem of Rwanda since January 1, 2002. It replaced "Rwanda Rwacu", the original national anthem, eight years after the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
