Serpil Midyatli (geb. Alkan; * 8. August 1975 in Kiel) ist eine deutsch-türkische Politikerin (SPD). Sie ist seit 2009 Abgeordnete des Schleswig-Holsteinischen Landtags und war dort von Juni 2021 bis Mai 2022 Fraktionsvorsitzende und Oppositionsführerin. Seit 2017 engagiert sie sich im SPD-Parteivorstand auf bundespolitischer Ebene. Sie ist seit März 2019 Landesvorsitzende der SPD Schleswig-Holstein und seit Dezember 2019 stellvertretende Bundesvorsitzende ihrer Partei.
