The population at the 2011 census was 1,256. The municipality consists of the villages Sukë, Goricë, Fshat i Ri, Rodenjë, Podgoran, Podgoran Fushë, Ujmirë, Zhepovë, Shelq, Topojan, Luar, Delilaj, Çorogunj and Taroninë.
