Tiago Splitter Beims ( Brazilian Portuguese pronunciation: [tʃiˈagu (i)ˈspliteʁ ˈbẽjs]; born January 1, 1985) is a Brazilian professional basketball coach and former player who is the interim head coach for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A three-time All-EuroLeague Team selection prior to his NBA career, he became the first Brazilian-born player to win an NBA championship, in 2014, as a member of the San Antonio Spurs.
