Toffo is a town and commune in the Atlantique Department of southern Benin. The commune covers an area of 515 square kilometres and as of 2002 had a population of 74,717 people.
== Geography == Toffo lies in the northwestern part of the Atlantique Department. It is bounded to the south by the commune of Allada, to the east by the commune of Zè, and to the west by the Couffo river and the commune of Lalo. The terrain includes low‐lying plains with soils favourable for agriculture, and several small watercourses draining into the Couffo and other local basins.
