トリニティ実験（トリニティじっけん、英語: Trinity）とは、1945年7月16日にアメリカ合衆国で行なわれた人類最初の核実験である。この実験はアメリカ・ニューメキシコ州ソコロの南東48 km（北緯33.675度、西経106.475度）の地点で行なわれた。実験場は現在ではアラモゴードに本部を持つアメリカ陸軍ホワイトサンズ・ミサイル実験場の一部となっている。トリニティ実験は爆縮型プルトニウム原子爆弾の爆発実験で、同型の爆弾『ファットマン』が、後に日本の長崎県長崎市に投下された。この実験による核爆発は、約20 ktのTNTの爆発と同規模のもので、この核実験を以ってしばしば「核の時代」の幕開けとされる。
