Wilchingen is a municipality in the canton of Schaffhausen in Switzerland. The former municipality of Osterfingen was incorporated into Wilchingen in 2005.

==Geography== thumb|Aerial view by Walter Mittelholzer (1919) Wilchingen has an area, , of . Of this area, 50.6% is used for agricultural purposes, while 42.1% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 6.9% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (0.4%) is non-productive (rivers or lakes). In 2005 the village of Osterfingen merged into Wilchingen.
