If you are in North Wuhan Hankou or Hanyang Area, take the Wuhan Metro to Hankou station or Tianhe Airport station. from either of the station, you can take a CHR train to Xiaogan Railway Station East. then you arrive in the east of Xiaogan Xiaonan District. it only takes less than 30 mins to arrive Xiaogan, if you start from Tianhe Airport, 15 mins is enough.

But if you are in South Wuhan Wuchang Area, You can take the train from Wuchan Railway Station to Xiaogan Railways Station.

Or you can take the bus from GUTIANROAD (1st) in Qiaokou District, directly to Xiaogan Bus Station.
