Ana Schweinsteiger (née Ivanovic; born 6 November 1987) is a Serbian former professional tennis player. She was ranked as the world No. 1 in women's singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) for 12 weeks. Ivanovic won 15 WTA Tour-level singles titles, including a major at the 2008 French Open. She was also the runner-up at the 2007 French Open and the 2008 Australian Open. Ivanovic qualified for the year-end WTA Finals three times, and won the year-end WTA Tournament of Champions twice, in 2010 and 2011.

Ivanovic made her WTA Tour debut in 2004. By the age of 18, she had already defeated established players such as Svetlana Kuznetsova, Nadia Petrova, Vera Zvonareva and Amélie Mauresmo. At age 20, she achieved her career highlight by winning the 2008 French Open—becoming world No. 1 in the process. After her triumph, she struggled to maintain her newfound success, not reaching the quarterfinals of a major in her subsequent 17 appearances, and dropping as low as No. 65 in the rankings in July 2010. In 2012, Ivanovic resurged by reaching the US Open quarterfinals, and finishing the year inside the top 15. In 2014, she returned to the top of the game—winning four titles, qualifying for the WTA Finals, and was the year-end world No. 5. She continued this success in 2015 by reaching her first major semifinal in seven years at the French Open. In December 2016, Ivanovic announced her retirement from the sport.
