Cesar Zuiderwijk (born The Hague, Netherlands, 18 July 1948) is a Dutch drummer, who briefly drummed in an early incarnation of The Hague's blues/rock outfit Livin' Blues (1968-1970), but gained Dutch and later international prominence as the flamboyant drummer of Golden Earring, the internationally most succesful band to come out of The Netherlands.
