Dumitrița (; ) is a commune in Bistrița-Năsăud County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Budacu de Sus (Rumänisch-Budak, Felsőbudak), Dumitrița, and Ragla (Ragelsdorf, Rágla). These were part of Cetate Commune until 2002, when they were split off.
