Flockning är en process som används inom vattenrening. När flockning genomförs ska humus och partiklar sammanbindas för att som större flockar kunna avskiljas från vattnet. Flockningen sker genom att en fällningskemikalie tillsätts till råvatten under omrörning, vilket gör att substanserna sammanbindes till flockar.
