Jos Brink (1942-2007) Jos Brink seems to be born (in 1942) an entertainer. Theatre was as much his home as his house was. hoorspelen.eu →Jos Brink meldde zich al tijdens zijn middelbare schooltijd aan bij Minjon, de jeugdopleiding van de AVRO. Hij volgde de tweede hoorspelcursus van de Nederlandse Radio Unie (NRU) en maakte na het behalen van zijn diploma officieel deel uit hoorspelkern van de NRU. Hij had zijn zinnen gezet op een kunstschilderscarrière, maar dat leek zijn vader om financiële redenen een slecht plan. Hij ging vervolgens een toneelopleiding doen. Hij heeft in vele cabaret- en musicalvoorstellingen gespeeld, onder andere bij Tekstpierement samen met Frank Sanders. Wobbewoaf (1969) was zijn eerste soloshow. Zijn echte doorbraak volgde in de jaren zeventig, met de musical Maskerade (1979) en zijn eigen televisieshow.
