Presente sui mercati a livello globali, costituisce uno dei più diffusi marchi al mondo nel campo della cosmesi. I prodotti Nivea sono commercializzati principalmente nella grande distribuzione organizzata, ma anche attraverso il canale profumeria e, limitatamente ad alcune referenze, il canale farmacia.
