De cortex orbitofrontalis of orbitofrontale cortex is het onderdeel van de prefrontale schors van de grote hersenen.. Het schorsgebied ligt boven de oogkassen (Latijn: orbitae). Voor het meer centrale deel wordt ook wel de benaming ventromediale prefrontale cortex gebruikt.
