Werner Heider (* January 1 1930 in Fürth / Middle Franconia ) is a German composer , pianist and conductor . 1945-51 studied at Heider Willy Spilling in Nuremberg and at the Munich Academy of Music . From 1949 he was a member of the Bavarian Radio / Studio Franken . In his compositions he is interested in both strict design principles as well as a dialogue between contemporary music and jazz ( Third Stream ).
