Jun Andreas Märkl (* 11. Februar 1959 in München) ist ein deutscher Dirigent. Er war Generalmusikdirektor in Saarbrücken und Mannheim, außerdem leitete er das (2005–2011), das MDR-Sinfonieorchester (2007–2011) und das Baskische Nationalorchester (2014–2017). 2013, 2015 und 2017 war er Principal Conductor beim Pacific Music Festival.
