Die Polyurie (von griechisch πολυουρία poliuría, deutsch ‚viel Harnen‘; deutsch auch Harnflut) ist die medizinische Bezeichnung für eine krankhaft erhöhte Urinausscheidung (vermehrte Diurese). Bei erwachsenen Menschen ist dies bei einer Harnmenge von wesentlich mehr als 2 Liter in 24 Stunden (normal 0,8 bis 1,5 Liter pro Tag) der Fall.
