Le commandaria ou commanderia (en grec Κουμανδαρία) est un vin doux à la robe ambrée, élaboré à Chypre, au pied du massif du Troodos. Il est produit à base des cépages xynisteri et mavro, dont les grappes sont séchées au soleil.
