L'arak, anche araq o latte di leone, (in arabo: عرق) è una bevanda alcolica tradizionale prodotta e apprezzata nella Mezzaluna fertile, molto diffuso in Libano, in Siria, in Iraq, in Giordania, in Palestina e in Israele.
