Dalcetrapib (INN, development code JTT-705) is a CETP inhibitor which was originally being developed by F. Hoffmann–La Roche until May 2012. DalCor Pharmaceuticals licensed dalcetrapib as a potential pioneering precision medicine for patients with cardiovascular disease.
